Birdy makes it easy to generate new purchase orders. Just select Create Purchase Orders from the more menu in orders & jobs to automatically create PO’s for multiple suppliers to meet your stock requirements (but only if you need it!). It even grabs the minimum order quantities for you.

Share PO’s with suppliers using the Customer Portal

Streamline your procurement process by sharing purchase orders with your suppliers directly inside Birdy through the customer portal. Keep control of how long your suppliers can access files including images and other supporting documents directly.
